P2 Science, Inc. (New Haven, CT) P2 Science is applying its proprietary ozonolysis and ploymerization technology to convert vegetable oils and other feedstocks into specialty chemicals, initially targeting the personal care and flavors and fragrances markets. Elm Street Ventures was a co-founder of the company and provided the initial seed capital. Connecticut Innovations is a co-investor. Other investors include BASF Venture Capital, Chanel, Xeraya Capital, HG Ventures, Lewis & Clark, Advantage, and SaferMade. The Company’s first manufacturing plant is in Naugatuck, CT. ESV partner Rob Bettigole serves as Chairman on the board of directors.
